I get them occasionally, I prefer sending a real smartass one back, THEN block comms, which probably annoys them hugely, as they can't reply..

They don't know that they can't reply unless you tell them in the message, which pisses them off. As much as people rage at me in game, I only get a tiny amount of hate mail, which makes me sad.
